Target Circle Week Includes Deals On Rarely Discounted Lego Sets

Target is offering a selection of Lego sets for 30% off as part of its Target Circle Week sale running from October 6-12. There are over 20 kits eligible for the deal, including releases from Lego’s Marvel, Super Mario, Star Wars, and Sonic The Hedgehog collections, among many others. The promotion is available to Target Circle Members, which you can join for free if you’re not already a member and get immediate access to the discounts.

Two sets worth mentioning are the Lego Marvel Spider-Man Mask and Wolverine’s Adamantium Claw figures. These are exclusive to Target, and the 30% discount brings both down to $49 from their normal $70. There’s only one Lego Star Wars kit included in the sale, but it’s a cool one featuring The Mandalorian’s Fang starship and a Tie Interceptor, plus a few minifigures. You can grab it for $70 (was $100).

Other notable deals include several Super Mario and Sonic the Hedgehog kits, including the Peach’s Garden Balloon Ride and giant Sonic’s Green Hill Zone Loop Challenge playsets. These are some of the best prices you’ll find for these Lego sets online, and the deals are only at Target. The one exception is the Lego Sonic The Hedgehog: Amy’s Animal Rescue Island Playset, which is down to $35 (was $50) at both Target and Amazon.

Check the list below for a roundup of all the Lego sets that are 30% off at Target. The retailer also has notable deals on Mega Bloks brick-building kits centered on video games. Pokemon Retro Sets–buildable pixel art models of six Gen 1 Pokemon–are only $17.49 each; and you’ll save an additional $10 by spending $40, or $20 by spending $75. The Target-exclusive Xbox 360 replica building set is on sale for only the second time, dropping the price from $150 to $100.

Call Of Duty- Warzone Adds Another Way To "Win"

Surviving until you’re the last player or team standing in Call of Duty: Warzone is no longer the only way to win a match of the popular battle royale game.

With the upcoming Season 1 Reloaded update, Warzone is introducing the ability to perform a “covert exfil.” Players can purchase these from buy stations before the gulag closes, and there are only five available per match. Purchasing a covert exfil calls in a helicopter that will fly you out of the battlefield and into safety.

Gran Turismo 7 Review – Round We Go Again

“Oh go on, just one more go,” screams my inner monologue as I try for what feels like the 9,000th time to rack up a gold standard time on a National A license test, “You’re only 0.15 seconds off, you can do it.” Once again I miss an apex, brake too late, or turn in too early, and I fall shy of the highest tier. I swear quietly and hit retry again. And probably several more times afterward. That’s the joy of Gran Turismo 7: You can always do better, you’ll always want to do better, and it’s just a few quick button stabs away.

In the latest entry in the PlayStation’s top-flight race series, perfection isn’t only famed producer Kazunori Yamauchi’s aim–it swiftly becomes yours. It plays as close to driving a real car as you can get on a console, and much like shaving a few seconds off your commute, or playing on your favorite road in the real world, the game draws you in with challenges, physics, and luscious visuals. The first numbered Gran Turismo since the PS3’s Gran Turismo 6…

Injustice- Gods Among Us Review_1

When it comes to superheroes-turned-street fighters, DC Comics’ stable of superfriends have always received the short end of the stick. While Marvel enjoys the steady success of Capcom’s legendary Vs. series, the likes of Justice League Task Force and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe have not done DC any favors. Injustice: Gods Among Us, the latest fighter from the house of Mortal Kombat, aims to break this combo with a fighting system that builds upon the lessons of MK, while also introducing a few new tricks. But for all its complexities, Injustice unfortunately falls short when compared to its contemporaries.

Lego Star Wars- The Skywalker Saga Review – Duel Of The Bricks

It’s surreal to think that the first Lego Star Wars is inching closer to two decades old, but even more so to see a brand-new version of some of those same stories in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Time has allowed for significant reinvention–developer Traveller’s Tales’ latest marks the biggest departure from the familiar formula that has permeated its library of Lego games. These gameplay changes enhance the familiar Lego action-adventure gameplay to make the moment-to-moment combat, platforming, and puzzle-solving more engaging. However, the breadth of content on offer does not live up to the potential of this new direction.

Core to The Skywalker Saga’s gameplay changes is a new perspective. Gone is the overhead camera, replaced by an over-the-shoulder third-person view that draws you closer into effects-laden lightsaber duels and chaotic cantina shootouts. You’re offered far more control over the action than in earlier Lego titles, with cover-base…
